In addition to introducing new price points, we will be including two new memberships tiers - Friends of Fintech and International membership. We excited to announce the reappointment of Alan Tsen as Chair and introduce the new director roles.The open banking discussions have been ramping up. We have completed theConsumer Data Standards Submission on June 21 and I thank all the memberswho provided their support. The Treasury submission is currently under way and I look forward to working with the group for this submission.The work on theintersekt fintech festivalis also progressing with a lot of interest from our international community. The festival will take case place from October 15th to 17th - don't forget to save the dates! New Payments Platform Functionality and Access: Conclusions Paper

The Reserve Bank released a report on the functionality of, and access to, the New Payments Platform. The report presents 13 recommendations from the public consultation that the Bank has undertaken with input and assistance from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). The recommendations, if fully implemented by NPP Australia (NPPA) and its participants, should address the issues and policy concerns identified during the consultation.The report is available on the Banks website.
