SWYFTX ANNOUNCES NEW BOARD APPOINTMENTS
Swyftx has appointed three new directors to its board following the appointment of Jason Titman as chief executive officer in June.
FinTech Australia board member and Seed Space partner Cathryn Lyall, Youi non-executive director Claire Wivell Plater and former-Morgans director John Polinelli, have all been confirmed as board members.
Lyall spent 18 years in the UK and brings extensive experience of advising large fintechs on growth, governance and risk management and is a non-executive director at public real-world asset tokenisation network, Redbelly Network.
Wivell Plater is an experienced fintech adviser and founder of The Fold Legal (now Hamilton Locke). She is also a non-executive director of a number of fintech businesses, including global Web3 financial infrastructure provider, Zero Hash. Polinelli is former head of corporate advisory at stockbroker Morgans and Principal at First Light Advisory.
The three appointments bring decades of executive experience to the Swyftx Board. Titman said: “We welcome Cathryn, Claire and John to the Board. Their appointments bring a wealth of expertise and experience to Swyftx. I look forward to working closely with them as we mature the business and expand into new markets and products, as well as ready ourselves for operating in a fully regulated environment.”

The newly-appointed Swyftx board includes Swyftx founders Alex Harper and Angus Goldman, with Titman accepting the role of CEO and Executive Chair.
