CreditorWatch named a Best Workplace for Women by Great Place to Work Australia

SYDNEY, Friday 7 March 2025 – Leading credit reporting agency, CreditorWatch has been named one of the 2025 Best Workplaces for Women in Australia by Great Place To Work, the global authority on workplace culture. This annual list celebrates organisations that excel in creating a workplace culture that empowers, supports and champions women at all levels.

To compile the 2025 list, Great Place To Work evaluated hundreds of organisations across Australia. The process included a confidential employee survey, a comprehensive analysis of women’s representation at all organisational levels, and additional insights from the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA).

Organisations are assessed on their ability to provide consistently positive experiences for women while ensuring gender balance and representation that exceeds industry standards.

One of CreditorWatch’s key initiatives in this area is its dedicated Women’s Representative Group, made up of passionate volunteers from across the business. The aim is to inspire inclusion through the creation, execution and promotion of initiatives aimed at supporting women in all aspects of work. From organising events, creating educational resources and supporting internal policy reviews, the group’s impact has been immensely positive.

Fiona Crawford, Chief People & Culture Officer at CreditorWatch, says “We truly believe in the mantra that ‘our people make the difference’. “This is great recognition for our ongoing efforts towards creating an inclusive workplace, where our people feel confident and empowered to bring their best self to work each day. We see the ‘individual’ and recognise that each person has their own wants and needs and are grateful for everyone’s contribution to our fantastic culture.”

Rebecca Moulynox, General Manager of Great Place To Work Australia and New Zealand, emphasised both the economic and cultural significance of advancing women in the workplace.

“This year’s list celebrates organisations redefining support for women in the workplace through meaningful opportunities and empowerment.

“These companies set an important example for others to follow, proving that investing in women’s success drives long-term benefits for businesses and communities.”
