Cape hires former Dext duo to help manage roll out of Beta program
ustralia's Cape, the next generation Expense Management platform for modern finance teams today announced the appointment of Lauren Crawford as the Head of Growth and Matthew Rowan as Customer Operations Manager.The duo join from Dext, a global Saas business that provides productivity software solutions focused on helping accountants automatically manage receipts, invoices and categorise data.During her time as Head of Partner Success (APAC) at Dext, Crawford was responsible for executing multiple GTM strategies across transactional, channel and subscription revenue streams for customers in highly competitive industries, as well as month on month expansion of the user base as the startup scaled to over 450,000 SME customers and one million users globally.Whilst at Dext, Rowan was promoted to exclusively delivering solutions within the top 100 Accounting Firms across APAC. Further to that, he was responsible for the creation of a new consulting team aimed at assisting with financial proficiency and process efficiency within accounting firms.The duo’s experience in driving growth with 3 Fintech solutions focussed on accounting, analytics and ecommerce within the Australian market will prove invaluable in Cape’s next phase of growth.Head of Growth, Lauren Crawford commented:“I’m excited and honored for the opportunity to join Cape as their Head of Growth.
