Bridgit Appoints Stephen Doyle as Chief Commercial Officer

Sydney, Thursday, 10th April, 2025: Non-bank lender, Bridgit, announces the appointment of Stephen Doyle as Chief Commercial Officer, and the addition of three Business Development Managers to the team, effective immediately. 

In his new role, Stephen will be responsible for driving Bridgit’s commercial program and diversifying and growing distribution channels. He will have the support of Bridgit’s national distribution team that has tripled in size over the past year due to significant business growth. In the first three months of 2025, the number of Bridgit loans funded grew threefold compared to the same period in 2024.*

Bridgit has also appointed three additional state-based Business Development Managers to support the increased demand. Natalie Viney joins from Connective, Oleg Mazkovoi joins from SCM Financial Group and Jamie Stevenson joins from Hejaz. Roles are effective immediately. 

Natalie, a qualified financial adviser and mortgage broker, brings more than 15 years’ experience in the mortgage sector. In her previous role at Connective, she focused on enhancing the broker experience and helping to uncover growth opportunities.

Oleg has a proven track record of building broker relationships and providing clients with innovative lending solutions , gaining experience with a number of major and non-major lenders during the past decade.

Jamie brings extensive business development experience in the mortgage lending space, having previously held roles at CommBank, HSBC and Westpac.
