About the Awards gala event on the 25th May
The TechDiversity Awards recognise individuals and groups that have demonstrated leadership and embraced inclusion by raising awareness and promoting diversity initiatives and programs. These people have displayed outstanding expressions of leadership, behaviour, initiatives, commitment and courage, key touchstones needed to embrace inclusion and drive diversity.

Influencing the future – If we are going to shape policy that impacts our future workforce, then it’s diversification that will assist in achieving the Fed Government’s goal in increasing tech workforce numbers from 861,000 to 1.2 million by 2030.
